Making a long term commitment can be scary and possibly even pricey.  Turbo Fit's Intro Package is ideal for anyone easing their way into training, or trying to figure out if a Personal Trainer is right for them.  Three shorter, introductory training sessions will give you a taste of what to expect if you decide to make a longer term commitment to your healthier lifestyle.

    Introduction to Personal Training
    The package offers a complete fitness assessment and three 45 minute one-on-one training sessions. All sessions can be scheduled for a time that is convenient for you and your hectic life. Before your first session, your trainer will do a complete fitness assessment and set a healthy goal for you to work towards. ​ The Introductory Package is limited to one purchase for beginners and first time Turbo Fit clients.
